1. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of the services we provide, including but not limited to book writing, editing, design, and publishing assistance, CompleteBookWriting.com does not offer refunds on any services rendered. Once you purchase a service, the transaction is considered final.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the deliverables, we offer unlimited revisions within a reasonable scope to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. You can request revisions until the work meets the agreed-upon standards as per your order.

If you are dissatisfied with the initial draft or service, please contact us immediately at support@completebookwriting.com so we can address your concerns and initiate the revision process.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service plan before the next billing cycle. However, once a project has begun or if the deliverables have been provided, cancellation is not possible.

If you choose to cancel a recurring service or subscription plan, you must do so before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid any further charges.

4. Project Timelines

Delivery of our services typically takes between 7 to 15 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will provide you with an estimated timeline before starting the work, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

5. Issues with Third-Party Platforms

While we offer publishing assistance, including services for Amazon KDP and other platforms, we do not guarantee the success of any book, including sales performance or acceptance by third-party platforms. Issues that arise from third-party platform policies or technical issues (such as rejection or removal of a book from a platform) are beyond our control and are not subject to refunds.

6. Refund Exceptions

The only exception to the “No Refund” policy is if we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work for any reason on our end, or if we fail to deliver the service according to the terms outlined in your agreement. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue or, if a resolution cannot be found, we will issue a refund for the portion of the service that was not rendered.
